I've seen it thrown around the forums a few times (mostly archives) about getting these controllers to work. I've only recently bought an xbox and i've always wanted to be able to use it. I've tried about every trick i've found on the forums, but I guess I'm missing something...
would someone be so kind as to help me out/point me in the right direction?

I tried fooling around with jstest but i can't seem to get it to recognize the device as it's not 'specifically' listed in /dev/input/
