Upgrading Fedora Core

My current server is running:

Linux dkISSL 2.6.34.9-69.fc13.i686 #1 SMP Tue May 3 09:20:30 UTC 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

How am I going to upgrade to Fedora Core 16?

Do I need to install Fedora Core 14, 15 and then only 16?

Thanks

Re: Upgrading Fedora Core

Yes, one vesion at a time. Please take some time to read threads here about upgrade successes and failures. You may want to consider a backup of your server and then a fresh install of Fedora 16 rather than upgrading.
