No Signal on HDMI port

Hello, I have a problem with my laptop with an Nvidia G105M video card and HDMI output. If I try to connect a monitor to the HDMI port does not get any output even though the monitor itself is recognized by Fedora.
Typing "xrandr" I can see both the laptop's integrated monitor the external monitor connected to the HDMI, but not actually see anything on the external monitor.
You know you help?
thanks

Have you tried plugging in the HDMI cable first and then rebooting with it still plugged in? That solved my DisplayPort issue a few minutes ago.

Re: No Signal on HDMI port

I have to agree with audiofanatic518. Rebooting might be all you need to do while the cable is plugged in. Also, if you want audio working in the HDMI port, you might have to go to the audio settings (System Settings > Multimedia > Phonon and hilight Audio Playback) and select that as preferred playback device as well. This has been my experience with HDMI in fedora anyways. Hope it helps.

Re: No Signal on HDMI port

OR post the output of 'xrandr' as root if that's no good.
