Trying to figure out if this is a wine problem or an F17 problem...

So a few days ago wine was updated to 1.5.2, and shortly after that I discovered that when I was trying to play a game in Wine, my mouse pointer bugged out and started teleporting all over the screen, making it impossible to do much of anything.

I'd had this problem before, so I assumed it was a wine regression, but then I remembered back in my ubuntu days that it was identified as a bug in xorg-server. There's a new posting of the (ubuntu) bug listing here, for reference:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...er/+bug/948938

So I'm trying to figure out if a recent update to xorg-x11-server in F17 could have introduced the same problem. Does anyone here know? If not, what's the best way for me to try to track that down? I'm still trying to find where everything is. What does Fedora use as its bug tracker?

Here's the bug tracker:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/

You might be able to go back to a previous version of Wine using 'yum downgrade'. I haven't had any experience with it, but it looks like it will roll back to the previous version of a package if it is still cached on the system. Proceed with caution...

Thanks. I entered a bug.

I'm pretty sure at this point it's not an issue with wine, but I tried downgrading anyway and it didn't work because of dependency issues.... and unfortunately the wine pages no longer point to old rpms for Fedora, they just tell you to use yum. :P

I suppose I could compile it from scratch, but I'd rather not.
