Fedora 17 Bluetooth issue!

At every start up the 'bluetooth device wizard' pops up searching for devices even if the bluetooth adapter is off. How to stop that?
And, how do I enable wireless by default, as every time i boot i have to manually go and enable wireless
I am using kde
thnx in advnc guys
