FC4 hangs at first boot install CD1

I am trying to install FC4 on an IBM Netfinity 4500r. This machine has an onboard SCSI along with Serveraid 4L. I did not have any problem installing FC3 on this machine. However I run into a probelm during the initial boot/hardware detection of the install. The system install gets hung as soon as it detecs the Adaptec and gives a message Disable IRQ #10 and stops right there. I can Ctrl Delete out of the install which means that the hardware is not frozen. I do not have any problem installing FC4 on an IBM Netfinity 5000 or X350. I did try the same Scnerio with another Netfinity 4500R and had the same problem. Hope I explained enough. COuld someone help please???
