Updating PXEBOOT to use a later kernel

What needs to be done to generate a new vmlinuz/initrd for use with pxeboot.

I know it is not a standard kernel, it probably has a custom .config file, and I know the initrd is not a normal initrd as it has everything in it.

I have ran into a few machines that don't take default 2.6.11xxx kernel (smp or up) so need to update the initial kernel used in kickstart to be able to easily install these machines.
