Ndiswrapper problem or Realtek 8180

I am new to linux but i have managed to read the ndiswrapper wiki and have made it to step 8. I ran into problems along the way but have been able to resolve them. Maybe i am trying to install the wrong drivers for my Linksys WPC11 v4. I am using the linux drivers provided for realtek 8180 based cards. When i run make install rtl8180-0.21 it starts to install then i get an error message that says "struct pci_dev has no member named slot_name. Make -C looks okay but make [1] gives error at the end.

any suggestions
everything up til now seems to be okay. Added "alias wlan0 ndiswrapper" to top of modprobe.conf file. Had to install gcc and crypto-arc4

(Note: I do not have your card, so I obviously have not).
