Unhappy Amilo Pro V2035 Notebook suspend doesn't wake up

I know many other people have this kind of problems on their laptops, and there is help for different toshiba's or lenovo, but nothing on fujitsu.

so, my notebook doesn't know how to wake up from suspend, and it is enoying.
any thoughts or help?

please explain like for dummies... big time beginner
