HTTP tunnel through SSH

I want to be able to connect to my home's internet through ssh so i can access stuff going through HTTP from a different location. I run linux on the server at home and this is where i'd then be connecting to though proxy settings in browser somewhere else.

Please give instructions on how to set up HTTP tunneling. Thx
