Unhappy Umount not working sometimes

Sometimes, I can't unmount my USB drive (ignoring the fact it's not a plug&play device, but that's another topic). In Windows, sometimes it's because Adobe Reader is running the background, but in Linux, I can't find what process is running. I copied "ps ux", and this is what was running when I couldn't unmount:

Code:

One time I found that "less" was running and deleted it, but that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions? I'm sorry I have a lot of processes.

Note: I have FC5 with no Internet and a small 5G hard drive( :( )
I would prefer to have .rpm packages, but for simple stuff (like tutorials), .tar.gz type files are good.
