unable to load module in fc1

i have downloaded modutils 2.4 for my fedora core 1 with kernel 2.4.22.1-2149 .nptl. It doesnot show any error while i try to build my module but while inserting my module it is showing the following error.




Unable to load sockmi module (modprobe: Can't locate module sockmi
Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.4.22-1.2149.nptl/modules.dep)


how to overcome the problem , can anyone help me out.[/SIZE]
