Suggestion for Package Inclusion.

This release of Fedora seems to have a lot of packages missing from the DVD distro. It would be nice to have a poll to let the users vote for the package into a DVD distro or a spin of the DVD distro.

The fact remains that a lot of people have trouble connecting to the internet and would prefer to have the distro on the DVD and feel fluttered when a package they expected from an earlier distro is missing from the new release.

Also, it would be nice if yum could have a built in support to install from the DVD.

Since certain sections of the repository does not chage. These package liss ought not be downloaded from the internet. ex list of base and everything. Only updates should be downloaded.

Hope the concerned people appreciate my little suggestions and find it worthwhile implementing in F8 /F9...
