fc7 2.6.23.1-21.fc7 / nvidia 100.14.19 / Thinkpad R61 / NVS 140m

I was up and running on the 2.6.22.9-9 version on a Thinkpad R61 - Nvidia NVS 140m.

With 2.6.23 installed via yum,
I get "Error inserting nvidia_100_14_19 (/lib/modules/2.6.23.1-21.fc7/updates/drivers/video/nvidia/nvidia-100_14_19.ko):
Invalid module format" at startx

Any ideas?
