Red face already have a driver intended for linux for alfa wifi usb

hi, when i bought my alfa wifi usb, it already came with a driver intended for linux, but i don't know how to install it to make it work for fedora 8, the chipset is realtek 8187, can somebody help me? thanks!!

What does the file look like (name might be a starting point). Any install directions ?
