Do you use Adobe Flash? And if so, does it work with Iceweasel?
I tested Debian 7 with a backport of Iceweasel 20.0, and could not get Adobe Flash to work properly. I was curious if this was an issue with Adblock enabled and set by default on Debian?

Well, of course, I've booted into Fedora again. I'll get back to Debian later and hopefully will remember that you've posed this question and see if I can provide some useful information.

Re: Fedora Useragent
BBQdave. The answer to your question, as near as I can tell (not a lot of Debian expertise) is no.
PHP Code:
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree
flashplugin-nonfree:
Installed: 1:3.2
Candidate: 1:3.2
Version table:
*** 1:3.2 0
500 [url]http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/[/url] wheezy/contrib amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
PHP Code:
dpkg --get-selections | grep flash
flashplugin-nonfree install
Any query looking for *adobe* comes up empty. Additionally, I've not knowingly installed anything Adobe on this Debian system yet.
Isn't shockwave flash (as shown in about :plugins) from Adobe?

Yes, Shockwave Flash is the Adobe Flash Player. And if I understand, you did not install this? It was already installed?
On my test of Debian 7, the non-free repo was already loaded, but I had to choose to install Adobe Flash - which I did through Synaptic Package Manger. This was the same as Debian 6, except I had to add the non-free repo - it was not added by default.
Weird

Re: Fedora Useragent
nonfree repo was not loaded in my case and I had to manually add it and install flash and intel wifi firmware/drivers.
Perhaps your installation choices were slightly different (somehow)? I used netinstall iso and as far as package selection goes, I did not change anything that Debian Graphical Install presented me with.

OK this is weird
I had to add the intel wifi drivers too. And I did a default net-install, minus a couple of servers that were ticked by default. As I remember, there were three items ticked for install: desktop, laptop, and something like system tools - I did not select any server choices.
I assumed the non-free repo was loaded, because in Synaptic Package Manager, Adobe Flash player was available to install - with part of the description of non-free. I selected it, and then applied my selection through Synaptic Package Manager. All seemed to install and go as normal.
In Debian 6, Adobe Flash player would not show in Synaptic Package Manager, unless non-free repo was added.
Anybody with Debian 7, backport of icewease and Adobe Flash installed - able to get Pandora working?

Re: Fedora Useragent
I do not remember what I did with Debian 6. Today, I had to add non-free and contrib for intel and then I installed flash also.
And yes, pandora is working quite fine here. No problems at all. Screenshot on debian.

OK, second net-install of Debian 7 with Gnome 3.4.2 went smoothly.
Again though, Synaptic Package Manager had non-free and contrib active by default. I had to select Adobe Flash - non-free, and apply in Synaptic Package Manager, which installed without issue.
I did not ad any backports, applications working as expected. Fairly smooth for a new release
Jamming with Pandora Radio, no trouble with Flash working
