Home Directory won't stay where i place it!

Hi!
after i clean install of FC5 there is one thing that bugs me(except for the kernel not accepting non-GPL modules) and that is that the Home Directory won't stay where i place it on the desktop. I want the shortcut to my Home directory to stay between Filesystem and the Trash Can but whenever i reboot or logoff/login it suddenly placed itself underneath the trash can. Saving the session won't help... so how can i solve this?

Try moving the trash can down a little.
