USB ADSL modem in FC5

I have a conexant USB ADSL modem.
When I was using FC4, the modem was not detected itself.
But, after switching to FC5, the ADSL link gets connected
everytime I boot FC5 (All lights on the modem are on).
This is probably due to some update in the kernel.
Now how do i setup ADSL and connect to the net.
Here are few details of my connection :

RFC 2516 PPPoE LLC
Autosense-G.dmt first
VPI 1 VCI 32

And it requires a username and password to login.
Please help me configuring ADSL.
Thanks in advance for helping me out :-)

Siddhartha
