Don't update (exclude) evolution and evolution-data-server, and you should be OK. There have been numerous posts on this issue, suggesting to wait for a fix.

I am using Yum Extender, and had a slight hiccup. I was using "fastest" mirror and did a "yum clean all", but I still was getting the dependency error. So I reset the repo cache under "Tools", and then chose "Best" for the mirrors under Preferences.
The updates for evolution related packages finally took, but there where several other updates that popped up. All is well now.
