problem with Yum all of a sudden

Hi folks, after booting up my computer this morning I found this when trying to use Yum...

[root@localhost yum.repos.d]# yum list available
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Setting up repositories
jpackage-generic [1/7]
livna [2/7]
flash [3/7]
http://macromedia.mplug.org/rpm/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')>
Trying other mirror.
http://macromedia.rediris.es/rpm/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 12] Timeout: <urlopen error timed out>
Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: flash
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from flash: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
Error: failure: repodata/repomd.xml from flash: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
[root@localhost yum.repos.d]#

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Thanks for the link!
But I read it and I don't even have a file named macromedia.repos in my /etc/yum.repos.d directory.
I added one though with gedit with the suggested text exactly how they recommended but still I get the same message.

Oops. I was looking right past something. Instead of macromedia.repo, I do have a flash.repo. I edited that file as suggested and I'm back in business. thanks again for the link!
