Flash card reader recognized as camera

I have a in internal flash card reader in my PC. It has multiple slots for different flashcard formats and is capable of reading four cards independantly.

It works under Linux, it typically gets recognized as drives sda, sdb, sdc, and sdd. The only problem in FC5, under KDE, it seems to be recognized as a mass-storage camera. No big deal, but I've noticed that if I plug in a CF and SD card, it automounts both to /media/KODAK, so one overlays the other. It seems to get confused when I unmount them too. I was wondering if there's a way to configure it so that the CF and SD card don't go to the same mount point. Better yet, does it have to be treated as a camera? Could it be handled by the mechanism that handles USB thumb drives?

I'm not sure who the manufacturer of this device is, it was sort of generic/OEM. The USB IDs are: Vendor=07cc ProdID=0350
