Removable media settings in KDE

Hello,

I have FC5 and KDE.

How can I unset mounting of removable media upon insertion in KDE?

In Gnome, I have been informed that the same can be done under System->Preferences->Removable media: uncheck mount removable media when inserted.

Under KDE, there is no Preferences menu under the System menu.
