I can only ping my local network, cant ping other network, why? T.T

i have 5 servers that is connected to internet
1. Server A (IP XXX.YY.ZZZ.10)
2. Server B (IP XXX.YY.ZZZ.11)
3. Server C (IP XXX.YY.ZZZ.12)
4. Server D (IP XXX.YY.ZZZ.13)
5. Server E (IP XXX.YY.ZZZ.14)

all Servers WORK just fine, except Server E (the fifth one)

here is the layout of the situation
Server E, can be accessed from OTHER Server A,B,C,D (such as the use of SSH, FTP, PING)
Server E can access OTHER Server A,B,C,D (such as the use of SSH, FTP, PING TO other Server A,B,C,D)

BUT, Server E CANT BE ACCESSED from anywhere else (such as ping/ssh/ftp from my home)
Server E CANT PING/SSH/FTP other server (yahoo.com, google.com, etc)

i have checked the /etc/sysconfig/networking-scripts/ifcfg-eth (some of them eth0, some of them eth1)

i have checked the /etc/resolv.conf

my Network card works perfectly..
i have disabled firewall, i have disable SELinux in Server E

ALL other server (A,B,C,D) can be accessed just fine (they are webserver)

so ANY clue of what i should check for my Server E?
i am so CONFUSED, i have used ALL kind of settings that i apply for the other Server (A,B,C,D) to Server E, and it is so wierd that ONLY Server E cant be ping/accessed from outside AND cant ping/accessed outside server

before and after, thanks for your help

Footnote
i just upgraded Server E
so yes, i have to format it and reinstall new OS (FC5)
but before i upgrade it, the old Server E (which uses the same IP), can be accessed just fine (like the other server)

so , that conclude that nothing wrong with the IP, something MUST be from my Server E itself

You have no default route for Server E.
