kmod-fglrx-smp and xorg-x11-drv-fglrx-8.28.8-1.lvn5 Xorg log file questions

Allright, after a few hours of searching and reading I was armed with some possile things that could go wrong with the in the topic mentioned drivers, so I set out to config and resolve... I think I've come to an undesireable end if no-one out there could tell me what the log file means, It detects the card allright but then run into some memory allocation errors and then unloads the driver which means "black" screen for me:
