ZINF MP3 PLAYER alternative to XMMS!

First i want to says that after reinstalling fedora i had problems configuring XMMS so i look for and alternative which I think other users also use for MP3's. I solved all my mp3 problems and it is easy to use!

The name of it is Zinf and here is the link for more info: www.zinf.org

You need to small downloads to make it work and here are both links:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/z...use_mirror=unc <-install first

libmusicbrainz is also needed now

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/z...6.rpm?download

YOU CAN ALSO CD THE FOLDER WHERE YOU DOWLOADED all this packages and open terminal and
type: cd zinf <- zinf is the location and folder i created in my home directory
type: rpm -ivh * <- this command will install all the packages at the same time

I also use realplayer for mp3's and movie trailers in my browser....follow this tutorial from tchung: http://www.fedoranews.org/tchung/realplayer/

IT WORKS IN FC 1 AND FC 2 ....I hope this helps!

I haven't used xmms in a while myself. I'm a fan of Amarok with my music catalog stored in a MySQL database.

Rhythmbox is clean, simple, and easy to use, too.
