Please Help A Newbe

I've installed Fedora Core 5 on a Thinkpad 570. Afterward, I plugged in a 3com Etherlink III lan card (PCMCIA). It doesn't work. How do I install the drivers and getting working? I also have Linksys Wireless G PCMCIA card I would like to install. Can anyone help a newbe? Thanks!
