Update quirk

Just a thought, not a rant. I installed FC6 on a second computer last night, rebooted and did the first sizeable update. I think there were 95 packages to be updated. I figure it's late, lets leave the computer on overnight and let the update run. That way in the AM updates will be done. Wrong. This morning I found the computer prompting me to install GPG keys. I was a little disappointed as I was hoping the updates would be finished. My point is that we need to accept the GPG keys anyhow, unless I'm mistaken, so why can't it be handled automatically?

It is a matter of trust. Importing a key implies a certain amount of trust in the packager who distributes the keys.

It is the same kind of reason behind the manual signing of each and every update (at least for Extras).

Though of course most people trust the update keys that come with Fedora.
