4GB process (aka: hugemem)

Got an FC5 box with 8GB all is working well but I am limited to 3GB of addressable memory for processes.

I know on RHEL you can use the hugemem kernel and get 4GB as I am doing just that with other servers.

I would like to know what I need to do on FC5 to get a 4GB addressable process?

I have yet to go 64 bit but I am imagining that this is a non issue in 64 bit land?

Ummm... well, this is getting confusing. I closed the other two threads and this is the original, so I'll reopen it.
