Finding what packages a given package depends on

Hey, I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but every other dependency post I could find talked about having to install missing dependencies. I would like to know how to find what packaged depend on another one. Like a list of all packages that depend on Fetchmail or something like that. I'd like to get rid of a lot of stuff, but i want to make sure nothing else needs it first. Thanks for your time!

rpm -q --whatrequires packagename

eg

>rpm -q --whatrequires fetchmail
no package requires fetchmail

>rpm -q --whatrequires kernel
pcmciautils-014-5
gnome-volume-manager-2.15.0-4.fc6
systemtap-runtime-0.5.12-1.fc6
systemtap-0.5.12-1.fc6

Hey, thanks a lot wintersm! Your reply was impressively fast. Now I guess I know I can get rid of fetchmail and have one less thing on here.
