Need to reinstall?

I just got a new motherboard for my Core2Duo 2.4Ghz CPU.

I just want to know if i need to resinstall FC6 i686 kernel, or just move over my hardware and go...

Thanks

Kenneth

Do an upgrade from the install disc.

Sometimes, if the motherboards are from the same manufacturer you can get away with a swap and a reboot, and a yum update, but you're asking for trouble.
