Top bar od app window? Workspace cube?

Using the latest Fedora Rawhide 6.91 and gnome, all of my launched windows are having their top menu bar obstructed by the Fedora top title bar (the one ith the Applications Place System etc menu.

The only way for me to see the top line of the launched window is to go to the lower program bar (where the Workspace 1 2 3 4 reside and to do a move... Annoying!

Another know how to get the workspace cube working?

So far, I really like 6.91 minus some annoyances like these!

Use the "Alt" key and click anywhere in the window to move it - it will allow you to move them without the "move" menu from the bottom. Quicker than your method, but still not ideal. Are you using the desktop effects and if so, have you tried disabling them>

Unhappy

I did a super user switch then the 'yun clean all as you said,
it reported it cleaned everything YET, I still get the SAME error is I try any
Software add/removal...

I need to get the latest Java so that I can install Aventail Tunnel to connect to work...

Can't do that until I get the jre updated!

So, WHAT DO I DO NOW???? --- Fedora 6.0 may be my only answer...

I've got the same problem. With desktop effects activated, my windows are opening up too high on the screen and completely to the left side....the top two menu bars are obstructed by the top panel.

I've got a Acer Aspire laptop with integrated intel graphics.

ALT-dragging the windows down is a bit of a pain.

I'll just disactivate the effects if I have to but I like being able to spin the cube back from Desktop 1 to 4...not exactly a life changer though.

We can't be the only people having this problem but I SURE haven't been successful in finding a solution to it.
