Exclamation Major Help with File system

Hello all,

I have a big problem that needs to be fix today. Here's what happen, today we were running out of space on the /usr volume

We went into the Gui interface for FC6. In that section you will see a volume and the name of the (/usr). Close to the boot of that their is a check box that has the option to boot on start up. Well that box was unchecked.

After I came back they told me to reboot it. Well right when I did that I received a tone of errors. How can i make the /usr volume boot up again. Please help me on this.
