Exclamation Accessing 2nd hard drive

i have 1more hard drive with my media files stored on it, how do i access it???????????

You haven't given the gurus here much to go on. How's the drive formatted, for a start? Is it slave on the first controller or primary on the second? Lots of minor details missing!

its a slave, it just has music files and video files and some programs sudh as office2007

The big answer is still missing. How is it formatted? It could mean the difference between installig more software or not.

The devil is in the details, the more you give the more chance of a successful answer!

Edit: While it's nice to receive 'thank you' PMs I think it's best that all questions, etc, should be confined to the thread you started.

Is it FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, or whatever new filesystem of the week M$ has foisted on you? Be aware that I know nothing of windows stuff, not having used it since 1994 so someone else is going to have to jump in with the answer!

at a quick guess id say its ntfs (windows made)
yum -y install ntfs-3g
this will let you read and write to the drive i
