No, using terminal, type the command
Code:
smoltSendProfile -a
That will generate the admin password. Gui version of smolt does not have that function as the team don't have someone to work on it.

One question : how do I edit my profile toshow what worked out of the box and what did not?
So far all my ratings are blue question marks...

When this is closed the GUI should work

Question Sending useful smolt profiles

Hi all. I looked around and I can't find a way to edit the ratings of the devices in the smolt profiles. All the devices end up with the blue question mark icon http://www.smolts.org/static/images/rating/r0.png meaning "I don't use this or I don't know"

I would really like to be able to send appropriate profiles to the smolt site since everything is working perfectly on my 3 computers. Does anyone knows how to edit those ratings?

It's been that way for quite a while, ever since they changed to the current site/format. Used to be able to edit the stuff. If there's a way to do so now, I'd like to know too.

I found the solution on IRC #smolt channel: we have to use the command line to send the profile. Doing so, we get a password to login our profile page in order to edit the ratings.

Thanks for posting that. I never thought to try either IRC nor CLI. Now we know....

P.S. I'm going to merge this thread with the Send Fedora Your Hardware Profile sticky-thread right here in the "Hardware" section of the forum, so it's all in one nice, neat place for anyone to find. Let me know if thats a problem.

Here is my system, although looking through it, it doesn't seem to show my gfx card at all.

Fresh install of 10 on new PC. I sent mine when asked during the install process. Is that the same report to the same place?
