Another Wireless Tip

It seems Fedora still has random issues with assigning the wrong network device name, ie 84394848_tmp or some other garbage. The fix which seems to be the same as FC6 is to create a file in the /etc/ directory called iftab and add these entries and save it:

eth0 mac 00:90:G5:3B:53:46
eth1 mac 00:0D:35:F0:E0:42

Just make sure to use your own NIC names and MAC addresses

Mornin' Mike.

Snag yourself another cup of coffee. You left something out. <....>
