Vnc Without Desktop Environment

What Im trying to achieve:


get a vnc server on my server machine. I have no desktop environment or x windows system etc.


what I want is to just show the command screen.


how do I do this? If its possible.

ssh will do this for you

I just started the sshd service. editted the conf file. and downloaded putty.
