Question xine cannot work with xgl???

Hello everyone! Today I just find an odd thing: when I enable the Desktop Effects I cannot get xine to work, so as totem-xine. I open xine in a terminal and find the following report:
Quote:
[fedora111@localhost ~]$ xine
This is xine (X11 gui) - a free video player v0.99.5.
(c) 2000-2007 The xine Team.
AFD changed from -2 to -1
X Error of failed request: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 140 (XVideo)
Minor opcode of failed request: 19 ()
Serial number of failed request: 2285
Current serial number in output stream: 2286
Would anyone tell me what to do to solve the problem? Can it be fixed? Thx all the way!

hmmm. My xine works and I run gdm + xgl + beryl so I don't think it is xine not compatible.. What are your system specs? Graphics, cpu, ram

after doing this I get a message not dissimilar to the OP

]$ xine

Xine flashes open, then just as quickly climbs back in it's box
