Unhappy patch level command

Hi Everyone.

I would like to know the following please and I hope that someone can assist.

We have some servers that are still running suse 8 (united linux 1.0) but we are not sure whether they are installed with any service packs.

Does anybody know how we can find out whether the patches (service packs) are installed or not and if so what level of patch have been installed.

tx for your help

I've never heard of any Linux distro that has "service packs", certainly Fedora doesn't. Anyway, shouldn't you be asking this question on a Suse forum, since that's the distro you're using?
