Play asf media

hi there im newbie here...

how can i play asf media....fyi i already install mplayer but it still cant play....

any one help....
by the way thank u in advance

try installing the codecs

tar -jxvf all-20061022.tar.bz2
mkdir -p /usr/local/lib/codecs
cp all-20061022/* /usr/local/lib/codecs
rm -rf /tmp/all-20061022*
ln -sf /usr/local/lib/codecs /usr/lib/codecs
ln -sf /usr/local/lib/codecs /usr/local/lib/win32

okey....
i did all above but it still cant play that format
