You could try the kmod-nvidia-96xx drive. Then reboot. I had a similar problem. Your issue may be related to this issue. If that is not helpful try compiz-fusion. You will need the community repo for that. Take a look here.

You might want to install xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-96xx-libs-32bit if you plan on doing any wine gaming. Or if you keep kmod-nvidia, install xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs-32bit.

Yes, compiz-fusion is an attempt to combine the best parts of beryl with compiz. Compiz having a higher standard of quality for the code it will accept. I never could track down if the problem was with beryl, or the nvidia driver. I finally ended up ditching desktop decoration software all together. That was months ago though.

Please take the time to spell your words out, besides being in the guidelines it will help people reading this thread your problem understand.

This problem could be many things, but the freezing at the end is probably due to a known bug where LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT = 0. I would try updating your kernel, kmod-nvidia and beryl. If you'd like to use compiz-fusion, either see links provided earlier in this thread for installing kagesenshi's addon repo or wait until F8 comes out soon, as it includes compiz-fusion by default.
