xgl not present fedora 8

I have "intel 945 GMA Express Card" and fedora 8 installed

when I enable compiz

[anupam@anupash ~]$ compiz-manager
Checking for Xgl: not present.

Checking for FBConfig: present.
Checking for Xgl: not present.
Starting gtk-window-decorator


I get that xgl not present .

Also when i try to play any video there is too much framedroppinh
