Hey all
My laptop is a Compaq Presario V3611AU. I use Fedora 7 OS. Fortunatelly for me, everything has been working fine. Except for the external display. When I connect my laptop to the projector using the serial port, i get no display on the screen. The display is available at my laptop monitor but not on the screen. I have also tried using the Fn+F4 key to switch the display but it does not work. I tried for find out a solution on Google and this forum but was not able to find one......may be because of different keywords. Please help me out with this as it becomes a real problem when i want to use my laptop for maiking presentations at my office. My Laptop Config is:
