"i will install that print server on my Windows XP professional Service Pack 2."

Please could you clarify that? You want to install the server on XP? Where does Linux come in to this?

Yeah it seems like you want to install a linux print server on Windows XP which doesn't make any sense at all you could just share the printer on XP and be done with it.

Linux is an operating system, if you wish to install a print server on Linux you won't be running Windows XP anymore. btw, the concurrent print jobs is a licensing issue from Microsoft - not a limitation with the actual OS.
