problem installing fedora 8

i have purchased fujitsu amilo pro 3515 laptop and tried to install my best linux os fedora 7 on it .
it began the installation well but in the first time boot it give me a blank screen with an arrow in the middle
and nothing else it did not boot .
i downloaded fedora 8 (edgy eft ) cd and tried it it gave me the same problem .
i tried ubuntu 7.06 it worked but with very low resolution .
i know that the problem is with my video card (iva ) i also tried opensuse livecd and it worked when i choosed vesa driver before booting from the live cd .
so i want to install fedora linux is there any way to solve this problem or a way to start with the vesa driver during install .

Type "linux vesa" (without the quotes) at the boot prompt.
