Slow wlan connection..

My wireless driver seems to work right out of the box, but it's slow as hell... anyone have any ideas?
By slow as hell, I mean.. slow. hella slow. it took about 10 minutes to send 60 megs from one pc to the other. Here's some info that might be of use...

I don't really know what other information i should provide that's pertinent. I'm not using ndiswrapper... would that help? I saw a thread regarding it... If i was to use ndiswrapper, would i have to remove fwcutter, assuming that's what i'm using?

Sorry about my ignorance, heh. I'm learning. :P
I am so inspired by the linux community, whenever I have any question, it usually takes 25-30 minutes or less, and i've got an answer... If the operating system isn't more efficent, there's no question as to which community has the most friendly users. Thanks again.
