Properties: Notes: copy all into 1 file?

Can I extract (copy) from all the Properties sheets, specifically under the respective Notes tabs, all the nonempty field entries (other than going manually one by one)? I'd like to know if any of them say anything now, and if I ever want to enter anything there I'd like to be able to copy out the data first so I'd know what's mine and what came with a distro.

If a method would show that all the notes fields are empty, or which ones are not so I can copy just those manually, that'd be okay.

Thanx.

Any app. Any file, regardless of app.

When you right-click a file icon, the context menu lets you select Properties, and many a Properties dialog includes a Notes tab, We can't rule out that a developer has put a note there for our (rare) edification. Rare though it be, it would be meant to be seen. Any ideas on how to get it, other than through one-by-one manual examination of thousands of files?

Thanx.
