Question can't install cinelerra cv due to libx264.so.55

So, I've tried to do a number of things already listed on these forums, but no matter what I try and what I reinstall, I still get that same error message. Any ideas?

Leigh, I did what it said in that thread, including installing a gazillion .devel dependencies. However, now I'm getting the following error.

RPM build errors:
Macro % has illegal name (%define)
Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.99802 (%build)

I've looked on google and have tried a few things that are supposed to define these, but haven't gotten anything working yet.
Thanks

Removed the offending package "libmpeg3-utils" and then Cinelerra installed properly.

Thanks!

I compiled it with libx264.so.56 version from Livna so I don't understand why you are getting this error .

Code:
[root@localhost leigh]# rpm -q --fileprovide x264
/usr/bin/x264
/usr/lib/libx264.so.56 libx264.so.56
/usr/share/doc/x264-0
/usr/share/doc/x264-0/AUTHORS
/usr/share/doc/x264-0/COPYING
[root@localhost leigh]#

Edit :

I have just checked the build log from mock and the package requires libx264.so.56 ( not libx264.so.55 )
