Device Mapper only picking up one of two SATA Drives on install

While installing F8, when I get to the disk setup screen, only one of my two SATA drives is showing up. I also have one PATA device which is also showing up. The two SATA drives are sda and sdb with the PATA drive being sdc. It appears the device mapper is picking up sdb and not sda. If I hit "F4" to check the shell output I can see that the kernel found both SATA drives. The motherboard has a via chipset.
