Final version of F9 does allow Flash player fix?

Alright, so on Linux, many have complained that placing your cursor over a flash object disallows scrolling the page with the wheel. This was reportedly fixed in the latest version of Flash player and/or Firefox.

So about a month ago I tried the Fedora 9 beta and indeed, the problem was fixed. But when I upgraded my system the problem remained. I was assuming that there was something left over on my installation or something which was messing this up, but now I see that on a fresh virtualized installation of the final version of Fedora 9, the problem also remains!

So it appears that it works properly in the beta but not in the final version...

Additionally, I tested in the latest version of Ubuntu, which also uses Firefox 3 beta 5, and it worked fine.

What is different in F9 that could be causing this issue?

Is there any place we can still download all the different pre-releases to further pinpoint when this happened?

What can be different that is causing some of us problem?

Oh, I'm sorry. There was bound to be confusion in this thread. I was referring to the pre-releases of Fedora 9, since this worked fine for me in the beta (of Fedora 9). I believe the beta and the final version of Fedora 9 both use FF3b5, so that is obviously not itself the difference.
