oVirt Virtual Machine Management > any experiences?

Wondering if anyone has tried the oVirt Virtual Machine Management software?

The build instructions for Fedora > http://ovirt.org/bundled-install.html don't look too bad - even for a yum person like me.

Curious if anyone has tried it out to manage KVM or Xen Virtual Machines?
